What the documentation says
TronLink's support article, updated on 22 October 2026, describes TRONSCAN-backed checks involving addresses, approvals, multisignature permissions, transactions, websites and tokens. It explains warnings during transfers and approval requests, alongside phishing-site detection. This is a documentation update, not a claim that every listed capability launched on that date.
Interpret alerts in context
An approval warning and an account-permission warning concern different kinds of authority. A TRC token allowance identifies a spender for a token; an account permission controls which keys may authorize specified operations. The presence of multisignature settings is not, by itself, evidence of a scam.
A useful review sequence
First identify the operation you initiated. Then compare the full address, permission or allowance with that intention. If the warning concerns an account change you did not request, stop and preserve the request details. Use independently verified official support to understand the alert, rather than a contact supplied by the page asking for approval. Wallet Beep is summarizing the provider's documentation; we have not independently measured the detection coverage or false-positive rate of these services.
